South Philadelphia Shopping Center

This shopping center is located on 22nd Avenue and Oregon Avenue in South Philadelphia, PA. We renovated the façade of the building, which was originally a furniture store. The owners changed the property from a single-use tenant to multi-use tenants to better serve the neighborhood.

These tenants included Family Dollar Store, AT&T, Auto Zone, and Save-A-Lot Food Market.
