K. Andrew Martyn

President

Education: B.S. Villanova University

As the company founder, Andy brings a unique approach to the general contracting and construction management business. Since his inception into the construction industry in 1976, Andy has worked as a carpenter, field superintendent, project manager and estimator. Through these experiences, he has gained immeasurable knowledge and expertise in which he has used to guide the company to where it is today. Along with running the daily operation of the firm he also focuses on the development of our client base. Andy’s background & knowledge of the construction industry provides our clients with creative and practical design ideas through the conceptual/design phase along with innovative project management methods through the construction phase. His skills & experience help in mentoring the entire AT Team, to provide the most productive construction schedules and practical project budgets, without sacrificing quality for our clients.

John Curran

Sr. Vice President of Operations & Estimating: PA

John has been with A.T. Construction, Inc. since 1980, when he began his career as a project foreman. Over the years John has gained invaluable knowledge and experience in which he uses on a daily basis to oversee multiple facets of the company. His attention to the details of the project has assured us the opportunity to work with our clients on a repetitive basis. As Senior Vice President of Operations and Estimating, John works with our clients from the bidding phase all the way through certificate of occupancy/completion. He has helped develop our estimating processes, which enable AT to provide our customers with the most competitive but qualified project costs. In addition to working with our customers through the bidding phase, John also works closely with our in-house personnel and subcontractors to ensure a successful project for our clients.

John R. Martyn

Vice President

Education: B.S. Civil Engineering Widener University

John joined A.T. Construction, Inc. full time upon graduation from Widener University School of Civil Engineering in 2011. Previously John worked multiple summers with AT Construction Inc as a laborer, carpenter, superintendent, & estimator. With this irreplaceable experience John has gained valuable knowledge and techniques that help him manage AT team members and support our client’s needs. John provides A.T. Construction Management Inc. the ability to perform work in the State of Florida by holding a State of Florida Certified General Contractor license. As Vice President, John helps oversee multiple projects in the state of Florida as well as Pennsylvania. John’s ability to coordinate with the AT team members helps ensure we are providing our customers with qualified costs along high quality production in the field.

Philip Donnelly

Vice President of Sales: PA

Phil has assisted A.T. Construction, Inc. in growing our client base in the Mid-Atlantic Region since he joined the company in 2003. Before joining AT, Phil had been involved in the construction industry since 1976 in many different facets. As Vice President of Sales, Phil leans on his past experience and knowledge to not only introduce our company to new clients, but also to help provide highly qualified budgets for our clients. These detailed budgets help provide our clients the ability to make educated decisions on high exposure purchases and lease agreements. Phil also manages the permitting processes for our clients, with his vast experience he has been involved with the permitting process through many different municipalities and provides a great deal of knowledge.

Thomas Reuther

Sr. Vice President of Operations: Florida

Tom has been part of the team at A.T. Construction, Inc. since 2000 where he started out as a project Superintendent. Over the years Tom has enhanced his skills and gained abundant experience, which aids in his daily tasks of completing projects in a timely manner while also maintaining a high level of quality workmanship. Since 2012; Tom has managed our field operations in the state of Florida. On a daily basis Tom, works closely with our superintendents to ensure crucial project specific details are implemented and general industry standards are maintained. As Vice President of Operations in Florida, he ensures that all details of each site design and building are met and that the completed project meets or exceeds our client’s expectations.

Kevin A. Martyn

Vice President of Operations / Design

Education: (B.A.E) Bachelors of Architectural Engineering, (M.A.E) Masters of Architectural Engineering Pennsylvania State University, 30-hour OSHA

Kevin joined the A.T. Construction team in 2019 after working as a Project Engineer and Assistant Superintendent on mid & high-rise projects in the Washington D.C. area. Prior to starting his career in the construction industry, Kevin graduated with a degree in Architectural Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. Kevin’s ability to organize a project allows our jobs to run smoothly and consistently without delays. As Vice President of Operations, he works closely with our crews in Florida and Pennsylvania to ensure all design details are coordinated and that we are delivering a quality product to our clients. Kevin also heads our design team that assists clients in developing preliminary drawings to help visualize the project prior to hiring a registered architect to create final drawings and specifications.

Daniel Maturo

Project Manager / Estimator

Dan joined A.T. Construction, Inc. in 2018 bringing with him valuable experience in coordinating/managing construction projects since starting his construction career in 2011. His ability to coordinate between field personnel and the design professionals helps alleviate and solve issues in a timely manner. Dan prides himself in keeping organized projects and maintaining clear and open communication with our clients, which prevents errors and misinterpretations. Along with managing the projects, Dan also works with our clients to provide project estimates & budgets. His attention to detail helps provide competitive and detailed project cost estimates.
