A.T. Construction Management Inc. was contracted to complete the building and the site work for this project through the property owner’s lease requirements. The existing building and site were demolished. Utilities, storm water management system, and concrete curbing/pavement were installed as part of the site work requirements. The building design features a Pre- Engineered Butler Building roof system integrated with structural CMU exterior walls. Due to the jurisdiction’s requirements, this building was designed with exterior insulated finish systems (EFIS) on the exterior walls, along with other unique features such as aluminum exterior canopies. The building is 7,225 sq. ft., which includes a customer sales area along with parts inventory/loading dock area for deliveries.
