K. Andrew Martyn, President
Education: B.S. Villanova University

The original company founder, Andy brings a unique approach to the general contracting and construction management business. Having worked as a carpenter, field superintendent, project manager and estimator for other construction firms, Andy has focused these talents towards the development of A.T. Construction, Inc. for the past thirty one years.

In addition to overseeing the daily operations of the construction firm, Andy’s focuses on the development of our client base. His knowledge and field experience have enabled us to formulate scheduling that can complete a project in a limited time frame, while maintaining the high level of quality our clients have come to rely on.

John Curran, Vice President

As Vice President of Field Operations and Estimating, John coordinates the bidding and scheduling of our subcontractors with our project managers in the field. He oversees the project from the time the permits are obtained to the issuance of the certificate of occupancy.

John has been with the firm since 1983, when he began his career as a project foreman. For the past twenty eight years, John has gained the invaluable knowledge and experience necessary to insure the project is completed on schedule. His attention to the details of the project has assured us the opportunity to work with our clients on a repetitive basis. In addition to coordinating our field operations, John also heads our estimating team to evaluate our subcontractor’s bids, insuring the client the most competitive pricing for their project without sacrificing any quality.

John R. Martyn , Vice President
Education: B.S. Civil Engineering Widener University

In 2010, John joined our firm upon graduating from Widener University School of Civil Engineering. John provides AT Construction Management Inc. with the ability to perform work in the State of Florida by holding the license of a Certified General Contractor.

As Vice President of our Florida office, John has developed a group of qualified sub contractors to help work with our firm in various locations thru out the state of Florida. His uncanny ability to interact with these sub contractors has enabled our firm to schedule projects that are on time and on budget.

John’s attention to the details of these projects has enabled our Florida office to expand our customer base over the past three years.
